Mattiello's is parked on North Federal Highway in Delray Beach — dough rolled, sauce simmered, fillings made from scratch every single day before the first order goes out.
The craft behind the dough
Every lasagna starts with dough rolled fresh that day — no shortcuts, no pre-made sheets. From the bolognese in the Classica to the braised short rib in the Short Rib Lasagna, every element is made in-house before service begins.
Four lasagnas, zero compromises
The menu is focused by design: Lasagna Classica, Lasagna Americana, Short Rib, and Vegetariana — plus meatballs, garlic bread, Caesar salad, and tiramisù. Chef William keeps it tight so every plate gets the attention it deserves.
